Our 2-year-old brought his Vtech Kidizoom camera on our latest trip to Disneyland Paris. And it’s no secret… he LOVES taking pictures.
Below are all the snaps that he took, and the little comments he made whilst we looked through them. Enjoy!
‘MICKEY SIGN’
‘Haha Dada’
When we arrived he went straight for the camera and took this one of Mickey. And then he wanted Dada to pose in front of it. Already giving directions… what a diva.
‘THE MIST WAS COOL’
‘I stood in the mist!!!’
He loved the mist so much! Disneyland Paris turn it on when it’s super hot in the parks. After running through it multiple times, he asked Dada to take a picture of him with the mist.
‘REMY RAT RIDE!!’
‘The fountain had rats on it’
We think the Remy rat ride is his favourite ride at Disneyland Paris. He’s very into animals and loves that he ‘turns into’ a rat on the ride. Especially when the giant lemon nearly hits us!
‘Big Buzz Lightyear’
‘Can anyone see mater?’
He was obsessed with the big buzz lightyear. So he just had to take a snap of it. I hope everyone enjoys Buzz’s pelvis.
‘Mammy and Daddy are happy!’
‘Magic MICKEY’
He asked for his camera to take a picture of Sorcerer Mickey, but before he did that, he said he wanted a picture of us. He’s a sweetheart ❤
‘The small world boat is big!’
‘The WATER was WET’
Not sure how its in sepia, but its a good shot!
He also loved the water that came out of the bottom. Which is funny, because he hates the bath.

‘THE SUN’
Actually, forget what i said about the Remy rat ride, Small World was DEFINITELY his favourite. And he loved taking pictures of it, as you will see when you scroll down…
‘The Hippo was WINK KING!’
‘What animal does this mammy?’ (he then pretended to lift an egg)
Funnily enough, ‘Duck Billed Platypus’ was one of the first longer animal names he learnt.
‘MICKEYS CASTLE’ (well some of it)
One thing he’s taken away from this trip, is to compare the size of objects against the castle. Which is nice, because nothing has been as big as the castle (yet)
‘THE CAT – Cat at the Mickeys HOUSE!’
We still can’t believe theres a cat that just wonders about. So he took these incredible shots!
‘Dada look at Minnies butt hahahaha’
He LOVES Minnie, and in turn, he loves Minnies butt.
‘THATS ME!’
Maybe his very first selfie, first of many I suspect.
And there we have it! A trip to Disneyland Paris through the eyes of a toddler. Were they perfect? No. But were they a great insight into what makes our little man happy? Yes!
We’ve already got plans for him to take this camera again next time we set off to ‘Mickeys Big House’. So keep your eyes peels for that exhibition. We might even have to charge for that…
